4 Tips To Naturally Younger-Looking Skin, At Any Age

By following these 4 steps, women swear by, and you too will see naturally younger-looking skin that you can feel proud of.

Step 1: Drink Water

Seriously, drink it all day, every day.

The more water you consume on a daily basis will make your skin glow from the inside out.

Don't like water?

Try adding fruit, or squeezing a lime or lemon into your water.

Keep a water bottle with you at all times--just like you do your phone.

Step 2: Exfoliate

Here's the deal, exfoliating helps remove dead skin cells.

Dead skin cells make the surface of your skin appear dull, so when you remove that layer you're revealing naturally younger-looking skin that's healthy in appearance and gives your skin a natural glow too. #winwin

Bonus, pick an exfoliator with a moisturizer built-in (call me biased but the Moisturizing Exfoliator that I created out of need is a game-changer).

Step 3: Witch Hazel

Alcohol-free preferably.

It helps to tone and tighten the pores which helps trap that moisture in your skin all the better.

You can find Witch Hazel at any Whole Foods, Target, and most Health Food/Market stores too.

Step 4: Quality Creme

Flip that jar of the current cream you're using and read the ingredients.

The quality of the ingredients makes a huge difference.

Stay away from alcohol, fragrances, and parabens.

Basically, if you can't read it, don't use it (just like your food).

Mango butter is touted for its skin-plumping properties, naturally repels water (no more reapply lotion 50,000 times a day), doesn't clog the pores, and makes an incredible day and nighttime moisturizer for your face.

My favorite creme I actually created for my 91-year-old Grandmother who suffered from eczema on her hands, you can read more about that >>here<<.

It not only helped keep her eczema from flaring up and causing pain, but it also transformed the look and feel of her skin after daily use.

Easy right?

These tips can help you transform the way your skin looks and feels if you start adopting these habits today and making them a part of your everyday life.
